Maxani DermCoat

For effective and comfortable coat handling

The Maxani DermCoat is specially designed to enhance the effect of medicated shampoos. Thanks to the unique inner layer, the shampoo stays well on the skin while your dog can move freely. This makes treating easier for you, and more pleasant for your pet.

User Manual

  1. Pull the DermCoat over your dog's head.
  2. Close the neck.
  3. Insert the front legs through the openings.
  4. Snap the belly flap onto the back.
  5. Finally, close the back leg flaps.

DermCoat washing instructions

Wash at 30°C.
Not suitable for the dryer.

Note

Do not let your dog wear the DermCoat in direct sunlight or hot weather, due to risk of overheating.

What shampoo do you use?

  • Pyomax - For disturbed skin flora or odor problems
  • AtopOat - For itchy or allergic skin
  • Honey Complex - For dry to very dry skin
  • SeboSilk - For oily, flaky skin
  • Rescue - To support redness or discomfort
  • Regular - For regular care of normal or sensitive skin.

Washing instruction

Unless otherwise advised by your veterinarian:

  1. Wet the coat well (lukewarm water)
  2. Dilute the shampoo (1:5), or apply undiluted to problem spots
  3. Massage in well - including between toes, at tail and skin folds
  4. Rinse and repeat steps 1, 2 and 3
  5. Put on the DermCoat
  6. Leave on for 10 minutes
  7. Pull off the DermCoat
  8. Rinse the coat thoroughly until the water runs clear
  9. Pat dry with a soft towel - do not use a hair dryer

Tip: Do not leave a layer of water in the bath - this dilutes the shampoo and reduces its effectiveness.
