About this product

Prepu Clean is a mild cleansing product for external genital and perianal skin in animals. It removes smegma, dirt, and discharge, reduces redness and unpleasant odor, and helps restore the balance of the local skin and mucous membrane flora.

The formula combines hyaluronic acid, allantoin, panthenol, and chlorhexidine. Together, they provide gentle cleansing without harsh ingredients. The product simultaneously hydrates and soothes the skin and external mucous membrane areas.

Prepu Clean is alcohol-free and free of irritants. Suitable for daily or periodic use. Rinsing is not necessary.

Indications

Prepu Clean is intended for animals with:

Irritation, excessive discharge, or unpleasant odor of the foreskin (prepuce)
Irritation or discharge from the external vulva or vulvar folds
Irritation or pollution of the skin around the anus (perianal)
A disrupted balance of the local skin and mucous membrane flora

The product supports hygiene with regular use and helps to limit irritation. If in doubt, or if symptoms persist, always consult with your veterinarian.

Do not use for deep wounds, severe pain, or extensive infection.

Ingredients & Composition

Ingredients (INCI): Aqua (water), Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Polysorbate 20, Allantoin, Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.

Active ingredients and their role:

Hyaluronic Acid — moisturizes and supports the skin's regenerative capacity
Allantoin — calms irritated skin and promotes cell regeneration
Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) — cares for and hydrates the skin
Chlorhexidine digluconate - cleans and supports the balance of the local flora

Free of alcohol and irritants.

Use & Dosage

Foreskin

Screw the cannula onto the provided syringe.
Fill the syringe with 5-10 ml of Prepu Clean (depending on the size of the animal).
First, if necessary, clean the outside with a gauze pad moistened with Prepu Clean.
Gently pull the foreskin down to create an opening.
Carefully insert the cannula into the opening, do not force it.
Slowly inject the liquid.
Keep the foreskin closed and gently massage for a few seconds to distribute the fluid.
Drain excess liquid. Rinsing is not necessary.

Foreskin dosage: 1–2 times daily for a few days, then 1 time daily for 6–10 days. Or as directed by the veterinarian.

Vulvar folds and perianal skin

Apply Prepu Clean directly to the skin, optionally using the included spray or on gauze or a cotton pad. Gently cleanse the skin by dabbing or light rubbing. Do not use internally, do not apply to the anus. Rinsing is not necessary.

Dosage vulva/perianal: 1-2 times a day for irritation, pollution, or discharge.

Cleaning supplies Syringe and cannula to be cleaned after use, rinsed and allowed to dry.

Suitable for

Prepu Clean is suitable for use on animals. The product is designed for application to the external genital and perianal skin, and is suitable for daily or periodic use.

Do not use:

Within 24 hours before insemination or semen collection
For deep wounds, severe pain, or extensive infection
In case of hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients

Additional information

Storage and shelf life Good for 3 months after opening. Store at room temperature (15–25 °C), protect from direct sunlight.

Warnings

For external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact: rinse immediately with lukewarm water.
Can cause stains.
Keep out of reach of children.
