About Maxani

At Maxani, we are committed to a future with less unnecessary antibiotic use in veterinary dermatology. We develop innovative skin and wound care products that support veterinarians and paravets in treating skin problems responsibly. We believe in collaboration, knowledge sharing and practical solutions. Our team is driven, professional and friendly, and together we make a difference in the veterinary sector. We also have our own brand for groomers, DermaGroom.

What will you do?

  • Customer contact and administration: You will answer the phone and emails, process orders and keep records.
  • Executive support: You are Miriam's right hand, helping her with planning, organizing and performing ad hoc work.
  • Purchasing and inventory management: You and Thijs make sure we always have enough products in stock.
  • Sales and trade show materials: You will support the development of materials for trade shows and sales activities.
  • Financial management: You handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.

What do you bring?

- MBO+ working and thinking level.
- You are true controller with the ability to keep an overview.
- A service-oriented and proactive attitude.
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
- Enthusiasm for picking up ad hoc issues.
- Experience in financial administrative work.
- A big heart for animals.
