Therefore, we are creating a new position, and you are invited to shape it.<\/p>\n    <p>As a key player in our export business, you build relationships with distributors across Europe, help open up new markets, and represent Maxani at international trade shows and conferences. You analyze sales figures, identify opportunities, and together with marketing implement actions.<\/span><\/li>\n      <li><strong>New markets<\/strong><span>You help open up new markets: you conduct market research, establish initial contacts, and hold introductory meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n      <li><strong>Launchings<\/strong><span>You guide new distributors through their launch.<\/span><\/li>\n      <li><strong>Fairs and congresses<\/strong><span>Together with your colleagues, you represent Maxani at international trade shows and conferences.<\/span><\/li>\n      <li><strong>Overview by country<\/strong><span>For each country, you keep track of the opportunities, agreements, and follow-up steps.<\/span><\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p style=\"margin-top:18px;\">You are in charge. You report to Miriam, our CEO. She collaborates on the strategy and conducts the final negotiations with you. Your colleagues from Operations and R&amp;D handle export documentation and registrations.
